Shipping Policy

Each BOCHEVA piece is crafted in Spain in limited quantities. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 7 to 15 working days from order confirmation. This timeframe may vary depending on garment availability and season.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

BOCHEVA ships internationally. If your destination country does not appear at checkout, please contact us at info@bocheva.com and we will look into arranging delivery.

Customs Duties & Taxes

United States orders: import duties are covered by BOCHEVA and already included in the final price.

All other international destinations outside the EU: customs duties and taxes may apply depending on the destination country and are the customer's responsibility. These charges, if applicable, are collected directly by local customs or the courier upon delivery and are not included in the purchase price.

Carrier

Shipments are handled through DHL.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our studio. You can follow your delivery status directly through the link included in that email.

Delays & Issues

BOCHEVA is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as customs processing, adverse weather conditions, or exceptional courier circumstances. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@bocheva.com and we will help you track it down.
